More than a restaurant, the splendid interiors of The Ritz resemble that of a grand ballroom, and the exquisite chandeliers add to the vintage effect. The contemporary cuisine should be tried on a hungry stomach, especially the heavy Butter Poached Lobster with Parsnip Paillette and Braised Oxtail. While quiet afternoons can be reserved for tea with cucumber sandwiches and scones, weekend treats are choc-a-bloc with traditional dancing to a four piece band! So get your partner swirling and twirling to the sound of music, and if you have two left feet, content yourself with the delicious fare - the Saute of Sea Scallops with Confit Potatoes and Chorizo Salad comes highly recommended!
