Although it is named the RS Hispaniola, there is little Spanish influence aboard this boat cum restaurant. In fact, the food tends to be French-influenced making an evening here better than the average Channel crossing. The service is naturally ship-shape, and the Hispaniola offers a great three-course set lunch. All in all, the dining experience here is more for novelty value and good views.
