Saigon is a sophisticated and central Vietnamese restaurant, serving a wonderful and wide selection of delectable specialties in the heart of Soho, making it a fantastically spicy eating spot before immersing yourself in the equally spicy selection of surrounding nightlife. Decorated in original, albeit a little dated, colonial cool, you can settle into the wicker chairs amid sweeping palm leaves and a soothing atmosphere. Start with the familiar Pho (noodle broth soup) or spring rolls before moving on to a flavorsome feast of Thit Lon Ko (pork simmered in the pot with lemongrass, fish sauce, black peppercorns and a dash of chilli) and Green Papaya Salad.
