This day spa and fitness club for women offers a wide range of beauty treatments and facilities. Situated in the heart of Covent Garden, it is a perfect place to indulge after a hard day's shopping. The air is very humid and there is a very spectacular swimming pool to dive into or just swing over on a trapeze. Other highlights include a large gym and a dance studio. Treatments include Turkish Rasul, reflexology and massage. The Sanctuary's own shop sells products used in the spa, including brands such as Decleor, Guinot and Thalgo.
