Don't be deterred by the dodgy looking basement premises and less than savoury location near the Edgware Road tube - San Miguel's is a rather good place to have some tapas and all your other Spanish favourites. The restaurant is really not much to look at and the service is just average but tapas lovers will find the prices (£1.95-£7.95) very acceptable.
