Terrence Conran's empire continues apace with his latest addition to London's upmarket tailoring street, hence this haute Italian name. A truly well-tailored restaurant, the dining room is expectedly plush - blacks and creams, modern furniture, subdued lighting - making this one of his more formal venues. The menu - pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian - is classic Italian in appearance, but many dishes could just be described as trademark Conran with their perfect presentation and the emphasis on substance as well as style.
