Succulent meats and fresh vegetables are stuffed into the tandoor dishes at Shan. And for those who came in late, a "tandoor" means an Indian oven. From meats, to rotis (Indian breads), to paneer (cottage cheese) and other assorted roasts—Shan brings out the spicy flavors of marinated preparations. The most commonly ordered and traditional, chicken tandoori is picked often here. But other meaty options are on offer too. Take care though, the spice sometimes might get to you!
