You can also visit Great Guildford Street in South East London where the main binding workshop is located. The craftsmen there will bind your books in the leather of your choice. In 1998, Shepherds teamed with two major bookbinders—Zaehnsdorf, which was set up in 1842, and Sangorski & Sutcliffe, founded in 1901.
