St. Micheal Cornhill is yet another church destroyed in the Great Fire of London and rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren. Unique to St. Micheal is that its tower looks like the work of English Baroque architect Nicholas Hawksmoor, Wren's apprentice. The rest of the church, however, is clearly Wren's design. This church is considered to be Wren's last work.
