Providing a more homely feel than most pubs in the area, the Stanhope Arms is filled by business types and tourists during the day, and packed with locals and students from nearby Imperial College in the evenings. Its location opposite Gloucester Road tube makes for an ever-changing clientele - it's many people's first stop upon getting off the tube.
