This is a well-established sports centre offering a wide range of activities. There's a very large gym with compulsory induction on joining. Fitness programmes are available too. Two studios with sprung floors, good variety of classes, lane and leisure swimming are offered. Outdoor astroturf tennis courts, four squash courts and an outdoor football pitch attract the crowds.
