The T Bar has welcomed Chef Kate Lewis who makes sure that breakfast is always fresh plus the dishes are interesting. Lunch served from midday is unpretentious with simple fish pies, lemon chicken with risotto, burgers and soups. The Asian influence is evident from onion bhajjis on the Extras menu. Move to the Red Room in the evenings, for a refreshing cocktail. And as the night moves on, there is progressive music, lounging, dancing and a diverse clubbing crowd.
