For over two decades, this family-run restaurant has been one of the best-kept secrets among the stars and media moguls. The design is intricate yet modern and and the ambiance is low-key, but it is the warm service and fabulous home cooking that brings customers back, time and again. Many of the fresh ingredients are sourced straight from the central province of Umbria, including many cured meats and truffles. Based on the philosophy of keeping dishes simple, all pasta is made on the premises and the menu is focused on bringing out the natural flavors in the dishes. Try the Grilled Polenta with Asparagus & Parmesan or the Grilled Steak of Lamb, Rosemary & Cannellini beans.
