Vingt Quatre has not only cornered the after-hours market, but is equally busy throughout the day. Recent refurbishment has turned what used to be a technicoloured bar into a sophisticated restaurant, decorated in soothing pastel shades. The management is friendly and the customers are mainly locals intermingling with the odd tourist. In summer, the two tables outside on the pavement are in hot demand.
