With its sumptuous sushi and 60m of conveyor-belt convenience, YO! Sushi at Poland Street is the chain's first restaurant to throw open its doors in 1997. This flagship of the YO! Sushi fleet, brings a piece of Japan to the heart of London, and the recently spruced up eatery now sports mirrored leather interiors and a reputation of being the best sushi stop in Soho. Prices vary, depending on whether you like the vegetarian sushi or the more expensive sashimi. It's certainly worth remembering that half an hour before the close of the business day, all dishes are charged at only GBP1 a plate. Diners who want to make a night of it can head downstairs to YO!
