The "L.A. Law" building |
444 Flower St Los Angeles, CA 90071 |
This corporate tower stands where the old Sunkist Building stood. This building is sometimes known as the L.A. Law building because it was seen in the opening credits of the TV show for years. Take the escalators from the plaza to the upper garden. As you go up you'll pass an impressive collection of modern art by Frank Stella, Robert Rauschenberg, Mark DeSuvero, Michael Heizer and Bruce Nauman. The building is connected with the Westin Bonaventure by a pedestrian bridge over Flower Street. Inside the building there is a fun restaurant called The Turkey Basket, a good choice for a light lunch. Review © 2009, Wcities |
