You have seen the advertisements, now take the class. This no-frills gym in a mini-mall is the only fitness studio to feature Billy Blank's Tae-Bo aerobics. Line up early, since classes fill up very quickly. Once inside, you will punch the air and kick more times than you would believe possible. Fun and frenetic, this is one exercise class that will leave you sweaty, but inspired. Billy Blank was the creator of the recent Tae-Bo exercise craze and he mixes Tae Kwan Do with music and hip hop moves. Call for class schedule.
