It's hard to say whether you are in NYC or LA once you enter this hot-spot on Sunset Boulevard. A typical French bistro-style ambiance, French-American cuisine, a colossal wine list and a good time are what the Bowery promises. Soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches appear on the menu, and the place is filled with locals and tourists who come here after their site-seeing sessions.
