This yoga studio is owned by Sue Elkind and Anthony Benenati, and they make everyone's experience a pleasurable and memorable one. The yoga offered is mostly flow and hatha yoga, and classes are offered for both beginning and advanced students. During the classes the instructors play musical instruments to add to the Eastern experience. Go ahead and take the time for yourself and your body and try some classes at this welcoming center.
