Located across the street from the California Mart, this building is just as famous; and if you like digging through massive amounts of merchandise to find that overlooked famous designer garment or accessory, you will love this Fashion District venue. This is floor after floor of vendor outlets, some famous, some not. Some great bargains, some just so-so. In any case, the Cooper has all the rough and tumble flavor of Seventh Avenue. Serious shoppers will recognize famous maker designs whose labels are sometimes removed.
