A blissful spot |
3835 Academy Road Los Angeles, CA 90012 |
This 600-acre park is the second largest in Los Angeles and has been a public park since 1781. There are several unspoiled hiking trails on which to climb. The area known as the Chavez Ravine Arboretum is covered with rare trees planted in the 19th century. There are plenty of picnic areas and there is an artificial lake. Review © 2009, Wcities |
