Rene Lalique was an innovator in jewelry design when he burst onto the scene in the 1880s and opened his own shop. He introduced his own revolutionary design, rejecting the use of brilliant diamonds and traditional design. He was the creator of Art Nouveau jewelry and is considered to be the inventor of modern jewelry. Over time he became more and more interested in glass design. Lalique's rich history and designs attracted famous clients from the beginning. Today, the store continues the founder's vision by selling beautiful glasswork and jewelry with fine craftsmanship and attention to details.
