This gourmet bakery specializes in sugar-free desserts. It pulls it off with a combination of fruit juice and barley malt sweeteners. If that isn't healthy enough for you, it also uses organically-grown wheat. Many of the items are very good, but some just taste good for you. The cafe has a full menu, with most items, including salads, sandwiches and omelettes, in the $6-$9 range. No liquor is sold.
