This trend setting restaurant has been serving food since 1979 and has not stopped pleasing its clientele. "Still leading the way, this American trendsetter manages to be at once youthful and elegant" – this is what The Zagat Survey 2003 had to say. The creative menu features dishes like Pederson's Farm Pork Chop which comes along with Potato-Chestnut puree, Spiced Rapini, Calvados-Pommery mustard garnished with a half fuji apple poached in simple syrup and caramelized with butter and sugar. You can also try the Grilled Mediterranean Loup de Mer for your dinner entrée. Take your pick from the wine selection which has been awarded Award of Excellence in 2002 by the Wine Spectator.
