Owner Mimi Farahmand works coloring miracles at her elegant Beverly Hills salon. Single process color takes 35 minutes; highlights, just 45. She keeps clients such as Jasmine Guy and Alicia Silverstone's hair healthy by using low-volume peroxide and getting the color off quickly. Farahmand is so adept that she has been known to color 60 clients on the day before her summer vacation. After that, she certainly deserved one! Prices range from $40-$185, depending on desired service.
