This place is named very appropriately. French pastries created for the Japanese palate are lighter and not as sweet as the originals, and they're catching on with sweet-lovers of every persuasion. Try the raspberry mousse cake, pear charlotte and fruit tarts and you will be convinced that mousse is an under-rated delicacy.
