Placerita Canyon Park covers 314 acres and features native chaparrals. It is located in a beautiful canyon with plenty of California live oak. There is a Nature Center where you can learn all about the local flora and fauna. In addition, there is a self-guided tour that aids in learning about the local animals and plants. This is a great place to spend a day one with nature, and to learn a little bit about it.
