Well, your dreams can be fulfilled at the Sky Room, located atop the Breakers Hotel building in downtown Long Beach. Since it began operations in 1926, it has remained a venue of choice for formal dining and romantic dinners. The food is rather expensive, but old-timers swear that it's worth every cent.
