The motto here is 'martial arts is the search for the true and proper understanding of one self'. Located in Los Feliz, this full-service facility features training in karate, kickboxing, Kenpo-Jitsu and many other forms of self-defense and martial arts. Learning many of these techniques has proven to be a path to increased strength, internal conditioning, self-confidence and, of course, self defense. Classes are offered to all ages and private instruction is available as well.
