Los Angeles

West Los Angeles, frequently referred to as "the Westside", is a very affluent neighborhood. Its central location within the city has made it a hotspot for commercial development, and it features several Japanese technological stores such as "Giant Robot". Schools in the area are of very good quality and are widely renowned for the vigor of their academics. Residents in the area, like those in all other parts of Los Angeles, must be wary of earthquakes. They hit so frequently that all but one of the area schools have had to have been remodeled.
