Club 48 is known for its friendly and relaxed dancing courses, such as those in rock dancing and ballroom dancing. It is rock dancing in particular which has pride of place here, whether it be jumping, acrobatics or more classic forms (on Th). Club has more strings to its bow than that, however, as at no. 99 it is also possible to train in gymnastics, take part in stretch classes, as well as learn self defence and bodybuilding. Luc Metery likes to share his passion for caving with everyone - but claustrophobics should stay away! To discover the world underground, it is necessary to learn a few things beforehand, but it can all be learnt here thanks to the beginners courses and courses designed to improve on existing skills which are on offer. Knowledge learnt on these courses can be tested out afterwards during trips (to the Alps or Ardèche for example).
