Andrés Madrigal is the highly respected chef that runs this kitchen. The food critics rave about his unique versions of standard Mediterranean dishes that require the freshest ingredients in season. His specialities are fish and fresh vegetables in general, and cod with tripe and wild mushrooms in particular. The sampler menu makes the decisions for you and costs EUR29 per person.
