Come here for good, hearty, wholesome country cooking and you will not be disappointed. Try the Morcilla de León (a type of black pudding served in an earthenware dish), Cabrales (a tangy goat cheese), Migas (breadcrumbs fried in olive oil with bits of chorizo sausage and raisins), and the generous platters of mixed cheese and cold meats.
