Though this is an ordinary poulterer's shop, for a bit more money you can get very high quality free-range birds. If you need something they don't happen to have on hand, you can order it and they'll get it to you as quickly as possible. Their selection of products includes fresh duck, goose, partridge, poultry sausages and duck and goose confit as well as magret. There is another branch on Fuencarral, 126 for your convenience.
