You'll find this restaurant hidden behind the Auditorio Nacional de Música Clásica and it serves the best rice dishes in Madrid. It's always full, a favourite with the famous who appreciate its successful fusion of Mediterranean and Scandinavian cuisines. There's a great selection of wines and oils to choose from. It consists of four separate, stylish dining rooms decorated in white and blue with walls lined by books and bottles of wine, creating an intimate atmosphere.
