You'll find a unique and interesting selection of tapas on offer at the bar. Try the Setas Empanadas (breaded and fried wild mushrooms) or mollejas (sweetbreads) prepared in small clay pots. During the cold winter months it's worth ordering one of the homemade soups of the day along with a glass of wine.
