Although it specializes in meat and fresh Mediterranean fish, you will also find subtle, creative dishes like Risotto, Vegetable Stew with cottage cheese, Baked Egg Yolks wrapped in Wild Boar Ham with basil sauce, Pumpkin with Corn Ravioli and Vanilla Oil or White Fish with Scallops and Lentil Vinaigrette on the menu. There is a good selection of quality wines to choose from and a sampler menu. Located in Hotel Aristos, the spacious main dining room is kept naturally bright through the large skylight, the olive tree provides greenery and a huge window at the back lets you see what is cooking in the kitchen.
