Proud winner of a Michelin star, this kitchen creates dishes that combine classic Mediterranean standards with nouvelle cuisine flourishes. Simple grilled vegetables accompanied by warm Foie Gras with Grapes is an example. The end result is sophisticated, modern, and exciting. Try the salad of duck, ham, and paté for something different.
