This famous Basque restaurant in Casa de Campo specializes in succulent grilled red meats and hearty stews that you eat with a spoon. The menu also features modern dishes like Warm Cod Salad and Pickled Duck's Liver. For dessert, try the delicious chocolate and cream biscuit cake. Wash the meat down with reds from Rioja or Ribera del Duero, and accompany the fish with whites from Penedés, Albariño or Barbadillo. For extra local flavour you could try the characteristic Basque wine, txakolí. Each of the three dining rooms offers a completely different atmosphere.
