You'll be served some excellent fresh Mediterranean fish in this Andalusian restaurant that's decked out like an old sailing ship. It specialises in Salt-Baked Fish and Steamed Shellfish. During the 1980s it was one of Madrid's most prestigious restaurants until the management over-stretched themselves. It's now slowly making its way back to fame.
