More than just traditional Basque gastronomy, Goizeko Wellington is a mixture of good tastes, colors and the "savoir fair" of chef Jesús Santos who expertly creates new dishes based on traditional recipes. The restaurant, born from the union of this master of Basque cuisine and the Hotel Wellington in which it is located, is elegant (formal dress required) and peaceful.
