Among the 40 different flavours on offer, you'll find some truly original and exciting varieties, like dulce de leche (a thick sweet caramel) and white chocolate with walnuts. However, the most unusual is flavour is samboyán, egg-yolk mixed with altar wine (as they call it). It's suitable for kids because the wine is heated and the alcohol evaporates. Don't be afraid to mix the flavours. You can tell that the original owner was Italian and that he spent time in Argentina just by looking at the menu.
