This restaurant's motto is "sushi for health and beauty". Other European capitals already have branches of this Japanese fast-food/self-service experience. The downstairs area allows you to pick your own sushi dishes from a moving conveyor belt and the total amount is added to your final bill. You can sit down and take your time upstairs in the simple, well-lit space and try other typical Japanese dishes, like tempura, seaweed and octopus.
