Game meats, wild mushrooms and off-cuts are the specialities, although the Crayfish Rolls are a popular delicacy as well. The wine list is excellent and so is the service. If you can't make up your mind from all the choices available on the menu, try the sampler menu for EUR45. It is an upmarket restaurant with a dining room divided into different sections by the use of railings and display cases.
