A well-known Basque restaurant that has been in business in the capital since 1992, it specialises in grilled red meats and fish. The specialities are Chuletón (huge T-bone steak) and Cogote De Merluza (hake cheeks). The starters vary according to the seasons. It's upmarket and expensive so attracts business executives and senior management types during the daytime.
