Top quality fish and shellfish are what you're served here, as you would expect from a restaurant that has been awarded a Michelin star. The chef is confident enough to keep his dishes simple and delicate. The house speciality is tender sole, although it's worth trying other delicacies like Aguinaga eels, oven-roasted sea bass, red bream, monkfish and salmon salad or seafood soup. Wash it all down with a choice of subtle white wines from Albariño, Rueda, Rioja or even Catalan or Navarra wines. The excellent house variety comes from Cacabelos.
