Despite its location in the popular Plaza Mayor, this place is not swarming with tourists: you will be able to relax in a friendly local atmosphere and enjoy the homemade treats. Order some raciones (large tapas) of Patatas Bravas (fried chunks of potato in a spicy sauce), Callos (tripe) and Albóndigas (meatballs) at around EUR5.40 each to share among friends. This tradition of trying portions of various dishes allows the gourmets to get to know regional recipes from all over the country in a single night.
