This serious establishment offers an extensive library on architecture. Although most of the material is destined to professionals, they also have a clientele of students, who drop around to refer to editions and textbooks. Since they are into editing services, they provide material to other bookstores in Spain and beyond, besides taking individual orders. Though most of the books are in Spanish, they have some translated in English. Another branch is housed in the headquarters of the School of Architects.

A good choice for a quick Tex-Mex meal. Try the house speciality, BBQ ribs or a hamburger or a spicy Mexican dish. The desserts are good, the music is good and the waiters are friendly. It is part of the oldest American restaurant chain in Madrid, founded by two Spaniards who returned from a visit to the States with the idea of combining their passions for American food and movies. The first restaurant was an immediate success, a dynamic, fun venue with excellent quality fare. The standards have slowly dropped over the years, but it is still a popular place. It now offers Internet access, as well as food and drink.
