Calmera offers all kinds of bycicles: from normal bicycles to freestyle ones (used for acrobatics). Tandems, Monocycles (to develop the ability and the equilibrium), tricycles for adults, folding scooters (with and without motor), and, finally, the old 'velocipedes', which are machines with a large front wheel and two small rear wheels, are available for reasonable prices. The 750 square meter area exhibits a range of bicycle designs and styles and has an extensive catalogue of two-wheel products. Biking accessories, clothing, and footwear are also on display.

This is a truly unique store: all its traditional Spanish products are handmade, and, moreover, elaborated using the finest ingredients and following traditional recipes. You'll find delicacies that don't exist anywhere else. Everything you buy will be cut and weighed and packaged in front of you, so you can be sure it's fresh. The lovely old store opened in 1842 and continues to sell traditional Christmas Turrón (nougat) all year round. Some of the other specialities include their marzipan, the Polvorones (flaky biscuits), Yemas de Nuez (walnut and egg-yolk pastries), Candied Fruit and Marrón Glacé. At Christmas time you can take advantage of the home delivery service and even have the store send items abroad for you.

The place has 165 folders that contain the most varied subjects, from aerial views of towns and cities to landscapes and maps from the 15th to the 18th century. As for the manuals, an ample range of history titles, literature, trips, novels and more are offered. Although the volumes include English and German titles, most of the books are in Spanish. This place isn't renovated, but has old engravings and charts on its walls and contains some very old books.

A long-established corner-site confectioner's where Calle Mayor meets Puerta del Sol that has been selling a wide range of sweet treats since 1894. You'll see pastries, shortbread, croissants, cream buns, chocolate cakes and a hundred other varieties on display. They're all homemade and come fresh from the oven in the back store. It's an old-fashioned place with a small cafeteria where you can try their delicacies at the bar with a coffee. It has a great reputation and a great location, so it's always busy. Give them a large order and the staff will make it up for you to collect.

You will not find any foreign wines, but you be able to choose over 100 different types of sherry attractively dislayed inside. It has some excellent vintage Rioja wines from the 1970s as well. Prices range from as low as EUR2.20 to as high as EUR48.08 a bottle. Order at least 5 cases (each containing 12 bottles) and they will deliver the purchase to your door.
