The last few seasons here have seen a preponderance of blockbuster musicals and children's musicals, ranging from The Man of La Mancha to Beauty and the Beast or Grease. The theatre is in a typical early-20th-century building on Gran Via, also known as Madrid's Broadway. This is the second biggest theatre in Madrid, with capacity for 1496 people.
